Ordering status: Online ordering is currently unavailable. The service terms below apply when this store accepts an order.

Destinations and charges

We offer standard delivery to the United States at no shipping charge, with no minimum order value. International delivery is not offered.

Order preparation

Allow 1–3 business days to prepare an accepted order before carrier handoff. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Time in transit

The estimated journey after dispatch is 4–7 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Weather, carrier disruptions and address problems may affect delivery; arrival on a particular date is not guaranteed.

Dispatch location and tracking

The dispatch origin must be confirmed for the specific product before it is made available to order. Our contact address is not a statement of warehouse location. After dispatch, tracking information is provided using the order email. A tracking event may take time to appear after a label is created.

Address changes and delivery problems

Contact us promptly with your order reference for an address correction or cancellation request. We cannot guarantee a change once dispatch has begun. For missing or damaged deliveries, keep packaging and relevant photos while we review the shipment.
